Share only what helps you trade.
UOAP Swap is designed around broad meetup preferences and collector-controlled contact.
Facebook connection
If you sign in with Facebook, we store your Facebook account ID, display name, profile photo URL, and public profile link when Facebook provides it. We use the public profile link to set your UOAP Swap username and Messenger contact link. We do not request your profile location from Facebook.
Optional browser location
You can ask your browser to suggest a broad trade area. The location check happens on your device: your exact coordinates are not sent to UOAP Swap or stored. If you decline or location is unavailable, you can select broad trading preferences yourself.
Public profile information
Your display name, Want list, collectibles you explicitly offer, chosen broad trading preferences, and Messenger link may be visible to other collectors. Simply marking an item Have does not offer it. When Facebook provides a public profile username, its Messenger link is added automatically and can be changed or removed from your account.
Private information
Precise locations and unapproved contact details are not displayed publicly. You decide whether to publish broad meetup preferences or use mail trades.
Your controls
You can change your trading preferences, remove your Messenger link, choose which collectibles to offer, change collection states, and report or block another collector.
Delete your account and data
You can permanently remove your UOAP Swap account and all information connected to it:
- Sign in to your UOAP Swap account.
- Select Delete account and data.
- Confirm the deletion.
This removes your profile, Facebook account identifier, saved profile photo URL, collection states, item views, introductions, and reports associated with your account.
You can also remove UOAP Swap from Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings. Removing the Facebook connection alone does not delete data already stored by UOAP Swap, so use the account deletion option above as well.
If you cannot access your account, contact the UOAP Swap administrators through the UOAP Swap Facebook group and request deletion.
